Christmas Craft Workshop
On Saturday, 21 December, young creators aged 6 to 13 years are invited to unleash their imagination at Cornubia Mall’s Christmas Craft Workshop. This hands-on experience offers kids the opportunity to create their own holiday masterpiece, blending structured templates with the freedom to add personal touches. Taking place in the Woolworths Court, the event promises a festive atmosphere filled with creativity and fun.
Three sessions will run at 10:00, 12:00, and 14:00, accommodating approximately 25 kids per session. Each participant will take home their handmade creation and a craft bag to complete their project. The cost is R100 per child, and bookings can be made by emailing info@cornubiamall.co.za.
Letters to Santa
Cornubia Mall’s Santa’s Mailbox is now open and ready to receive letters from little ones aged 2 to 12. Located across from Value Co Hyper, this is the perfect opportunity for children to share their Christmas wishes with Santa himself. Whether it’s a toy, a heartfelt note, or a festive greeting, kids can drop their letters into the mailbox by 20 December 2024. Parents are reminded to include their child’s name, age, and contact information to ensure Santa knows exactly who’s spreading the cheer!

Cornubia Mall’s trading hours during the festive period have been adjusted to make holiday shopping even more convenient:
- 24 December: 08:00 – 18:00
- 15 – 23 December: 08:00 – 19:00
- 25 December: Selected stores open (Christmas Day)
- 26 December: 08:00 – 15:00 (Day of Goodwill)
- 27 – 31 December: Normal trading hours
- 1 January 2025: Selected stores open (New Year’s Day)
- 2 January 2025: 09:00 – 18:00
Virtual Reality Activation
Adding to the excitement, Cornubia Mall is hosting an exciting virtual reality Activation in the Bounce Court (opposite Shoe City). With simulations ranging from roller coasters and ocean adventures to Santa Claus sleigh rides and spine-chilling horror experiences, this is the ride of a lifetime. Sessions cost R50 per person and last between 3 to 6 minutes. Dive into the magic of virtual reality and make your holiday visit unforgettable!
